Houston, Texas – DESIGNA US is proud to announce that Kristyna Schedine, CPP, has been honored as one of the National Parking Association’s (NPA) 2025 40 Under 40 award recipients. This prestigious recognition celebrates how young professionals are developing as a leaders, contributing, and advancing in the industry.

Kristyna Schedine, CPP, joined DESIGNA US in April 2024 as a Sr. Technical Writer, bringing with her a rich background in project management and content development, a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Creative Writing, and a reputation for exceptional leadership and precision. Since her arrival, she has revolutionized our technical content strategy—transforming our documentation library into a streamlined, modern, and highly accessible resource that reflects the sophistication of our brand.

Kristyna holds her Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation and serves on the CPP Advisory Board. She is an active participant in the Women in Parking’s (WIP) mentorship program and has become a founding member of another nonprofit organization launching August 1, 2025, Mobility Pathfinders, which is dedicated to advancing the careers of women across the parking and mobility industry.

Upon receiving recognition from the National Parking Association, Kristyna reflected on the unique culture and community within the parking industry. When asked about her reaction, she shared:

“I love listening to people explain how they came into parking. It usually boils down to someone pulled someone in and they just never left. You know what that is? It’s people. This industry is vibrant in good people. I am immensely humbled and grateful to be recognized by the NPA, it truly is an honor. Everything I do in life, I try to do with intention and empathy, to showcase to my daughters that hard work will always pay off, in one way or another. Being a part of DESIGNA and working alongside innovative and brilliant minds across the industry keep my days fast-paced and exciting, and I can only hope to continue expanding my knowledge and network base to learn and grow as the industry does.”

Kristyna’s impact hasn’t gone unnoticed by her colleagues, especially those who have worked closely with her. Sean Neasi, Senior Vice President of Sales at DESIGNA, shared his perspective on her contributions:

Kristyna will be formally recognized at the NPA Convention & Expo in September, where industry leaders will gather to celebrate the achievements of the 40 Under 40 honorees.
