Nine UPark sites, controlled from a single control room
The City of Adelaide owns and operates nine UPark sites across the city. An integrated parking management system was required to monitor and control all nine sites from a single control room. Staff-parker management called for an integration with ADVAM's account-based parking platform Park Charge.

Reactive service and a common server
With two full-time technicians based in the city, Designa delivers a reactive level of service that minimises downtime and revenue loss. A common server manages all sites, so upgrades happen quickly and consistently.
