Designa Training

Designa offers practical user training as a 3-day in-person course in Kiel, as well as the Designa eCademy as a digital learning platform with 24/7 access. Both formats are designed for operators and staff who want to get the most out of their Designa systems.

The Designa eCademy is the online learning platform for all Designa customers worldwide. It provides round-the-clock access to manuals, tutorials, webinar recordings and explainer videos — structured, mobile-friendly, and trusted by over 2,300 users across 60+ countries.

The user training lasts 3 days (Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–16:00) and takes place in the dedicated training room at Designa headquarters in Kiel. The next sessions are scheduled for May, August and November 2026.

The training sessions are open to Designa customers from operations, technical and administrative departments. Both newcomers and experienced users benefit from hands-on learning in direct contact with Designa's training team.

Access to the Designa eCademy is available at designa-ecademy.openolat.com. Designa customers can register directly or request access through their Designa contact.

Yes. In addition to in-person training in Kiel, Designa also offers on-site training directly at the customer's location. Sessions are tailored individually to your requirements and team size. For enquiries, please contact training@designa.com.

Registrations for the user training are submitted by email to training@designa.com. The training team is happy to advise you on available dates and will create a customised training proposal on request.
