The Designa CONNECT GATE 600 parking barriers combine robust mechanics with advanced control technology. Compact housing, fast opening times, and intelligent sensor technology – for entrances from single car parks to large-scale facilities.

GATE 600 for boom widths up to 3.7 m, opens in 1.3 seconds by default – adjustable up to 2.5 seconds. GATE XL 600 for boom widths up to 6.3 m in 4 seconds.

Energy-Efficient Motor Technology

Innovative drive technology with a maximum power consumption of 90 W (GATE 600). The boost function automatically detects SUVs and vehicles with trailers.

Modular Configuration

Optional LPR camera integration, optional 18.5" TFT color display for digital content (tariffs, advertising, occupancy status), integrated dual-channel inductive loop detector.

The CONNECT GATE barrier gates are developed to the latest standard specifically for parking management systems, designed for all common passenger car models and approved for high wind loads. The compact barrier control unit offers interfaces for modern control technology and can be configured via control buttons or a configuration tool on a PC.

Integrated vehicle detection

A two-channel induction loop detector with automatic frequency selection is integrated. Optionally, a radar or laser sensor replaces the induction loop or the safety photocell.

Power failure behavior

Freely configurable: after a power failure, the barrier opens automatically (GATE 600) or stays in the closed position – either locked or unlocked.

Barrier arms to measure

GATE 600 with a rigid barrier arm up to 3.7 m or a folding barrier arm up to 3 m, both also available illuminated. GATE XL 600 with barrier arm lengths of 4.3, 5.3 or 6.3 m.

Display for pricing and guidance

The optional 18.5" TFT display shows dynamic pricing, occupancy data, wayfinding or advertising – also available as a variant for outdoor temperatures up to 50 °C and maximum solar radiation.

Options for special cases

Fire department switch, key switch, radio remote control, LED warning and flashing lights as well as impact protection are available as options. One barrier can also be operated by two control devices.

Robust and easy to maintain

Housing made of stainless steel, powder-coated inside and out for environmental resistance. The modular design simplifies installation and maintenance, and a broken-off barrier arm is reported automatically.

Standard equipment includes a dual-channel inductive loop detector.
