Customers select a location and start date in the Designa WEBSHOP, choose the desired product, enter their license plate or access medium, and complete the booking via their preferred payment method. An invoice and confirmation PDF are automatically sent by email.
The CONTRACT PARKER MODULE supports license plates, magnetic stripe cards, RFID, NFC, long-range tags, and other common access media. Which of these are available depends on the individual parking facility.
Recurring contracts are automatically billed on the next billing date. The current and upcoming billing dates are visible at any time in the contract details — for both operators and customers.
No. Customers can book without registration — only an email address is required, to which the confirmation and management link are sent. Registered customers manage all contracts directly in their customer profile.
Yes. After booking, customers can extend their contract, update details, switch products, or cancel. Registered customers do this via their customer profile; unregistered customers via the link in the confirmation email.
Yes. Products can be configured so that an office manager or HR administrator can assign parking contracts directly in the Designa WEBSHOP to employees — including access media. Upon cancellation, access is immediately deactivated.
Yes. Payments are processed exclusively through certified payment providers. Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and stored in European data centers. Designa does not share customer data with third parties.
