The CONTROL CENTER MODULE is a web-based all-in-one platform for the day-to-day operation of parking management systems. It runs entirely in the browser – no software installation required – and is accessible from anywhere via the web. Operations staff receive real-time parking facility data and device status, can open parking barriers, issue replacement tickets, and handle intercom calls directly within the application. The software is available in multiple languages (German, English, French).
Yes – the CONTROL CENTER MODULE is designed explicitly for multi-site operations across multiple locations. Several parking facilities are managed together within a single interface, including an interactive map with a parking facility overview. Device status, events, and alerts from all sites are centrally visible and controllable.
The CONTROL CENTER MODULE can optionally be extended with: an interface to Designa PREBOOKING, integration with the CONTRACT PARKER MODULE and FREQUENT PARKER MODULE, as well as monitoring and live video display from surveillance cameras. System requirements include the Designa ABACUS system from version x21 onwards and a secure connection to the SERVICE DATA CENTER.
The ANALYTICS MODULE collects data from the parking management system and the CONTROL CENTER MODULE, presenting it in structured dashboards. Multiple thematically related dashboards are grouped into Workbooks. There are two types: PHQ Workbooks containing data on license plates, financials, and entries, and Control Center Workbooks covering intercom, audit, event, and barrier-opening data. Drill-downs allow users to switch from monthly to daily views with a single click. Revenue forecasting and historical traceability are also integrated.
The ANALYTICS MODULE is designed for three user groups: Managers gain insights into revenue, discounts, and occupancy for improved planning and resource allocation. Supervisors use intercom and barrier-opening data to identify maintenance needs and evaluate team performance. Marketing managers benefit from audience data such as average parking duration, country of origin, and seasonal trends for targeted campaign planning.
The CONTROL CENTER MODULE operates on real-time data. Occupancy status, device states, alerts, and intercom calls are continuously updated. The integrated dashboard displays service performance, workstation status, and open incidents at a glance – enabling operations staff to respond immediately without switching between different systems.
Yes – the ANALYTICS MODULE is multi-tenant capable. Operators managing multiple sites or different operating companies can maintain and analyze data separately. Dashboards can be saved and individually configured for different user roles, with user-friendly filter functions and intuitive navigation.
