Customers book through the Designa WEBSHOP: select start and end date along with time, choose an available product, log in or continue without registration, enter license plate or QR code, and pay. A confirmation, receipt, and PDF are sent by email.
The RESERVATION MODULE supports common access media including license plates, QR codes, RFID, NFC, AVI tags, and loyalty cards. Which of these are available at a given facility depends on the parking technology installed on-site.
No. Customers can book without registration — only an email address is required. Guest customers receive their confirmation and management link by email; registered customers manage all reservations within their customer profile.
Yes. Registered customers can upgrade their reservation to a better rate, change the date or time, or cancel directly within their profile. Guest customers have the same options via the link in their confirmation email.
Yes. Operators can offer early-bird discounts on selected products. Customers can also add ancillary services at the time of booking — such as car wash, valet parking, or fast-track access.
Once a booking is confirmed, a notification is automatically sent to the parking management system. The registered license plate or QR code grants entry and exit rights within the booked period — with no interaction at the pay station required.
Yes. Payments are processed via certified payment providers, and customer data is stored on European servers in compliance with GDPR. Designa does not share any data with third parties.
