There is no gate at all; you can offer free-flow access and exit to and from your parking system. Again, the License Plate will be scanned and remains the only distinctive feature during the parking journey. Customers can pay using several options, such as entering the license plate into the Pay Machine, via Mobile Ticket Payment, or are recognized as contract parkers.
As there is no Exit-Gate, an enforcement provider is the only last guardian of your Parking Space if a customer doesn't pay. Fore more info about the functionality behind FREEFLOW click here.

FUNCTIONALITY

The Designa FREEFLOW solution completely dispenses with the use of barriers. The license plate is the unique identification medium in the parking system for entry, payment, and exit! This means that entry and exit are completely contactless.

At the entrance, the license plate is recognized by the integrated license plate recognition system LPR (License Plate Recognition) and the license plate number is stored in the system together with the entry data. The license plate then serves as an identification medium for payment, either at the pay station (PAY BY PLATE) or digitally via smartphone (PAY MOBILE). The license plate number recognized at the exit is verified in the system. In the FREEFLOW solution, cameras with a high recognition rate and modern image processing software ensure that the parking processes run smoothly. Fraud can be avoided with cameras that are also characterized by direction recognition software.
