Features

Pay stations for every payment process in parking.

A pay station in a parking facility handles far more than paying a ticket: the CONNECT PAY pay stations process short-term parking tickets including discounts, extend and top up contract parker cards and recharge value cards – depending on the configuration with cash, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Operation is via a full-touch display, and the controls are arranged for barrier-free access.

Four process variants

Barcode, magnetic stripe, BARCODE SCAN & GO or TICKETLESS: the pay station adapts to the ticket system of the parking facility. With TICKETLESS, customers pay by license plate (PAY BY PLATE) – no ticket at all.

Cash with change

The PAY 500 CASH & CARD accepts up to 12 coin types and dispenses change from self-filling coin hoppers. Optionally, a banknote recycler accepts notes and pays them out again as change.

Card and wallet

The credit card reader is EMV and PCI PTS certified. NFC-based payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay are available as an option.

Lost tickets

Optionally, the pay station issues a replacement ticket for lost short-term parking tickets directly.

Built for outdoor use

Housing, door and base made of stainless steel, a UV-resistant Plexiglas® front and IP54 protection. With heating, the PAY 500 operates from -20 to +50 °C.

Pay at the exit

With the ADD-ON PAY-IN-LANE, customers pay by credit card directly at the exit terminal – avoiding lines at the pay station.

Frequently Asked Questions about CONNECT Pay

PAY 500 CASH & CARD: Full processing – coins, banknotes, credit card, and NFC. PAY 500 CASHLESS: Cashless only – credit card and NFC, with no coin or banknote processing. PAY 500 COINLESS: No coins – accepts banknotes and card payments but does not dispense coins. All three feature a 10.1"-full-touch display and IP54.

Yes – all PAY 500 variants support NFC-based payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay as an optional add-on. Payment is made contactlessly via the integrated NFC reader.

PAY BY PLATE enables drivers to pay their parking fee by entering their license plate number on the touch display – no ticket required. The applicable fee is retrieved from the parking management system based on the recognized plate. This feature is available as an option for all PAY 500 variants and the PAY FRAME 600.

The PAY FRAME 600, with its 27"-touch display, is designed for indoor or covered outdoor environments without direct weather exposure or sunlight. It is ideal for wall mounting in parking garages, hotels, or shopping centers. Protection rating IP52.

The POS 500 is a handheld cashiering system for parking managers. The PC-based system automatically calculates parking fees and processes barcode tickets as well as – optionally – license plates. Features a 15"-touch display, barcode/QR code scanner, and receipt printer. Expandable with an external customer display, RFID reader, and encoding station.
